• online chat
• contacting our contact center

Before you go to one of these items, please note that:

• Discount is only installed on the tariff (taxes and airport fees are applied)
• Discount does not apply to infants
• The discount applies to all passengers in the booking (unless otherwise specified by the rules of the promotional code)
• promotional code may have restrictions on the use of date, departure date, booking class and the route (check further information at the source of issuing you a promotional code)
